Large Bar Flying Shear Machine

The large bar production line is a newly emerging type of bar production line in recent years, mainly to meet the demands of the domestic and international markets for Φ70 to 300mm rolled bar materials. The large bar flying shear machine, as an important equipment on the large bar production line, directly affects the production efficiency of the entire production line. Therefore, it is required that the large bar flying shear machine has the characteristics of large shearing capacity, large shearing cross-section, high shearing speed, and good shearing quality to meet the special process requirements of large bar production. The large bar flying shear machine is usually arranged in the middle or exit side of the continuous rolling unit and has two technological functions. One is the shearing function of cutting the heads and tails and emergency fragmentation for rolled pieces with a diameter of Φ70mm - Φ130mm. The other is the function of realizing the idle-pass guidance for rolled pieces with a diameter of Φ140 - Φ360mm.
