The hardness of the blade produced by this material after heat treatment is within the range of HRC57-59 degrees, which is suitable for the shearing of ordinary low-carbon cold-rolled plates, ordinary A3 plates and waste recycling. The characteristics are cost and the product price is appropriate.
Low alloy tool: The materials of the shear blade of alloy tool steel include: 4Cr5mosiv1 (H13K), H13, 7Cr7mo2v2si9 (LD), W6mo5cr4v2 (6542), etc. The blade of this material is used for hot-rolled steel billets, in hot shearing, thick steel plates, etc. The characteristics are high temperature resistance, not easy to anneal, and is used in the hot rolling and hot shearing processes of steel mills.
