The Steel Rolling Blade

The steel rolling blade is an important tool used for hot shearing, cold shearing, and cutting of steel in the steel rolling process of steel mills. It is usually installed on the steel rolling mill. Its main role is to press the billet or steel through the rolling process to the required shape and size.

• Cold rolling blade: Used in the cold-rolling process, it needs to have relatively high hardness and wear resistance to ensure the surface quality of the rolled steel.
• Profile steel rolling blade: Used for rolling profile steel, such as angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, etc., and the corresponding blade shape needs to be designed according to the shape and size of the profile steel.
