Sucker Rod Centralizer with Paraffin Scraper

Introduction:

The sucker rod centralizer with paraffin scraper is a new type of oilfield paraffin removal tool used for mechanical paraffin removal and avoiding the offset wear of the oil sucker rod. It is made by rolling 1.5mm stainless steel plate. The sucker rod centralizer with paraffin scraper  consists of a metal paraffin scraper and a metal limit fasteners: The paraffin scraper is an elastic cylinder with an open inner and outer ring, which has a smooth and elastic surface, and a hardness similar to haden alloy, undergo special heat treatment; the limit fasteners is mainly composed of two metal slips and inner and outer sleeves, and is installed on the oil sucer rod at both ends of the paraffin scraper to restrict the up and down movement of the paraffin scraper on the oil sucker rod. On the oil sucker rod in the tubing section that requires paraffin removal, a set of metal oil sucker rod centralizer with paraffin scraper is installed every interval of one stroke travel, and it is stuck on the oil sucker rod to move up and down, which can both center the oil sucker rod and perform effective paraffin scraping on the tubing. Thus, the problem of high oil production cost of the pumping well centralizer with metal surface contact has been solved.

•  Wide Application Range: It is suitable for the paraffin wax removal of all pumping well tubing and to prevent the offset wear of the oil sucker rod, and has no requirement for the physical properties of the crude oil.
