Short Stress Rolling Mill
Introduction
The rolling force received by the rolling mill forms a closed-loop (i.e. the stress line) through the internal stress of each stressed component such as the roll, roll bearing, box, copper nut, and tie rod. The rolling mill base and the down rolling mechanism are not subject to rolling force, and the stress line is shorter than that of an ordinary rolling mill, which improves the strength of the rolling mill and reduces the elastic deformation of the rolling mill, thus it is called a "short stress line rolling mill".

Short stress loop and high rigidity ensure high precision of the product and easy realization of negative deviation value.
There are forward and reverse threads in the two ends of the column, which can realize the alignment adjustment; the rolling centerline is unchanged, which can improve the operation rate, save the time for maintenance and replacement of the guide beam, reduce the operating accidents, and avoid rolling elbows, impacts and entanglements and other process accidents to extend guide lifespan.
Easy axial adjustment and small axial clearance.
Balance spring is used, the balancing force is constant, and the spring is compact in the bearing seat.
The roll system of the intermediate mill is pre-installed and adjusted before changing the rolls. After the stop of the new roll system, the rolling mill has a good pre-adjustment performance, fast roll change and high yield.
The bearing seat is automatically adjusted, and the four-row cylindrical bearing is balanced to increase the bearings life.
